1) Be sure to let your patrons know that their presenter and instructor has illustrated many of the world's biggest names in comics, graphic novels and cinema. Be a name-dropper and be sure to mention the "biggies" in my publications list which include Deadpool, Thor, Wolverine, Hawkeye and Iron Man, etc. If that doesn't spark interest in this age of the superhero, it will be a first!
2) This is a smash success for anyone aged 9-99! It fits all ages and that is why it's a great family event. The only group that doesn't get as much out of this program would be toddlers and maybe pre-K. If they'd rather play with a cardboard box than watch the Flying Wallendas, this might not be the best program for them.
3) This program is equally effective at any time of the day if it's on a weekend if your target includes adults as well as children. If your target audience is families and this program takes place on a weekday, you will definitely want to do this after work hours so that working families can participate. If this takes place in the Summer and you want it mostly for kids when they're out of school, any time of day, on any day, will do.
